Job Description Summary:

The overall objective of the Sales position is to generate qualified leads for Fraser Roofing LLC through direct customer interaction and should result in a roof bought by either the insurance agency or the homeowner. Management of the project throughout the entire process is expected and outlined in the responsibilities listed below.

Job Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Representing Fraser Roofing LLC in a positive manner and providing an A customer service experience.
• Generating leads - by knocking doors in neighborhoods and informing potential clients of Fraser Roofing’s services and networking.
• Responding to lead provided directly from Fraser Roofing LLC (examples include referrals, cold calls, website inquiries, etc.). Leads from the office are not promised or guaranteed, but are distributed per management's discretion.
• Utilizing Fraser Roofing’s processes and procedures to take a job from lead to completion and close out.
• Providing initial inspection of clients’ roof and possible interior damage and documenting properly per Fraser Roofing requirements.
• Providing photo/video documentation of damage and reviewing with customers.
• Advising potential clients on course of action (i.e. filing of an insurance claim or Fraser Roofing providing an estimate to install a new roof).
• If not an insurance claim, working with Fraser Roofing management to provide an estimate for new roof installation – following guidelines for Fraser Roofing’s profitability expectations.
• Obtaining a properly filled out and signed service agreement from the customer (shingle type and color, as well as details of the job). This is required or the job will not be built.
• Attending and closing adjuster meetings if an insurance claim is made by the homeowner.
• Communication - it is crucial to stay on top of communicating with the homeowner and the office staff regarding all steps of the process.
• Day of build out / Jobsite management – a Project Manager is expected to be on site the entire day of the build out. Ensure Proper clean up and customer satisfaction with job.
• Closing of the job with homeowner - collecting final payment within 90 days.
• The Salesperson is expected to complete projects within the provided Fraser Roofing process. This process is further outlined in the Fraser Roofing Training Handbook.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
